It is an excellent apartment which is very well located for easy access to all of the attractions of Antibes: close to the old town, to the port and to the lovely beaches.

We liked everything.

Located in a perfect position for us, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station providing easy access from airport at Nice (25 minutes). Train makes visiting numerous other cities along the coast very easy. The old town of Antibes is really close, 5-10 minute walk around the marina will see you there. There is a large supermarket for provisions about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The view across the marina from the apartment is fantastic! Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owner kindly left a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Only minor negatives about the apartment would be that I found the mattress on the bed uncomfortable and that there was only a very small bottle of shampoo and shower gel provided, so take your own if staying for more than one night.

The property is in an excellent location, with several good cafés and restaurants nearby. It is only a hundred metres or so from the train station and around a 10–15-minute walk from both the old town and the public beach. The views from the windows and terrace overlooking the yacht harbour are particularly lovely. The property itself is well furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a good range of appliances. Access to the property is straightforward and convenient, while still feeling secure. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, with good-quality bed linen and towels provided. Overall, quite comfortable and well-equipped accommodation in a particularly convenient location.

We were informed that a member of the team would meet us at the entrance to the garage to show us the parking space and hand over the keys. We were also sent some photos of the garage entrance, but no exact address. It turned out that the vehicle entrance to the garage was around the block from the entrance to the apartment. Access to the underground parking is quite difficult, particularly for drivers who are not experienced in manoeuvring through very narrow spaces. The garage space itself is extremely narrow. Although the host states that it is 221 cm wide, the metal frame at the entrance measures approximately 215 cm. Even if you manage to squeeze a car around 190 cm wide into the garage with the side mirrors folded in, leaving barely a centimetre between the car and the side wall, there is then very little room left to open the door and actually get out of the car. In practical terms, this makes the garage unsuitable for many normal-sized cars. As we needed to use our car every day, the garage was effectively unusable for us. We therefore had to find alternative parking at the port or railway station and pay for it separately. The main issue is that the listing does not clearly explain these significant limitations, even though parking is included among the facilities offered with the booking. The road directly in front of the property is quite busy and can be noisy. That said, the property is very well soundproofed, and with the windows closed the traffic noise did not bother us. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to enjoy the terrace, despite the otherwise lovely view over the yacht harbour. With the windows closed, however, we needed to use the air conditioning, and the units themselves were rather noisy. We found it difficult to sleep comfortably with them running. As a result, there was something of a trade-off between keeping the windows open and hearing the traffic, or closing them and using the rather noisy air conditioning.
