fabulous location we have been to broad haven many times and will return again.
very dated things broken (dining table and shower door), lacking basic equipment. no microwave very small fridge and no freezer. no tea spoons. etc also not enough seating in the lounge only seating for 4 but sleeps 6

The location of the property and the space inside was ample. The beds were very comfortable and just felt very relaxing
Only minor but the outside light wasn't working so couldn't see up the stairs at night time.

The location is perfect. Right on the beach at Broadsands. It was perfect for us as we were there for the marathon weekend.
It needs updating, some minor but easy repairs would make a difference to the comfort of the stay (toilet seat coming off, no mirror in the upstairs bathroom, both double beds are small doubles, the en-suite shower leaks, the fridge ice compartment leaks, the living room window wouldn’t shut properly). There is insufficient seating in the living room for two couples to be comfortable.
