From the morning of our arrival with a very polite email from Emily. Letting us know what lodge we were in set the tone. We arrived and it was unlocked with the heating and lights on - giving it a very warm cosy feeling. It was a perfect stay.
No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful location, very private feel. Easy to walk into broadhaven and little haven, although you’ll need wellies if wet!
Despite being dog friendly, there was cream carpets and a light grey sofa which was a challenge given how muddy it was outside. Thankfully we bought a large throw to cover the sofa, but some additional throws/rugs there to protect furniture/floor would be good. Also to have the towels in the lodge on arrival rather than having to go to reception. We hadn’t realised there weren’t towels until we needed them.

Beautiful location super clean , had all we needed
Absolutely nothing at all

Lovely airy lodge in the most peaceful setting. Had everything we needed we will definitely be going again when it’s warmer.
Unfortunately you cannot book the weather and we had wind and rain which made the walk down to our lodge a little slippery with our bags. Could do with a gravel path to all the lodges for wet weather. We were in lodge 28.

The size of the rooms and layout were lovely.
The view and the location were also excellent.
Very convenient to just arrive and go straight in.
We enjoyed the stay immensely.
The beds and the rooms smelt a little damp, understandable due to it being winter but something just to note.
It did make it a little difficult to sleep when the pillows smelt like that.
A few corners of certain rooms also need a deep clean but really minor points overall.
Still a lovely place and I imagine these small issues would be easy to solve in the summer.

Hill top view , cozy beds, games room, lovely staff , great location to explore the coast , super remote
games room was cold as both heaters were not working , billiards table needs shifting to the centre of the room as cant hit from one end, cue and white ball totally worn and have to be replaced, kitchen could be better equipped - we lacked spatula, ladle and other basic stuff which we had to ask for, the cupboard was broken but never got fixed , nearest supermarket etc was quite away so an arrangement with a local shop for essentials such as milk bread etc would be great for future , hope you can fix these minor stuff and we hope to come back again soon

Perfect location to explore Pembrokeshire. Hidden gem.
Cleanliness. While the cabin was warm and welcoming, there was a noticeable pet odour in the main bedroom and stains on the carpets. Could be improved with deeper cleaning.

We have just returned home and can’t wait to go back. This was our second stay at timber hill and it’s just as amazing as we remember. I’ve never been anywhere that’s as good for our dogs as this place, beautiful fields right off the door step to let the dogs stretch their legs and you can walk down to broadhaven beach.
So much time and effort has been put into the smaller details like the welcome book, no need to google anything when you’re staying here, the welcome book plans everything for you, walks, take aways, restaurant recommendations all there.
The hosts are so happy to help with anything you need. An exceptional place to spend a relaxing weekend.
Everything is absolute perfection

Cosy and welcoming which is what we loved on our arrival. The surroundings were picturesque and the lodges were well spread out. We enjoyed walking from front door to beach and then exploring by car some other local attractions.

Location. Wonderful place to stay very cozy, well maintained clean property, clean surroundings. Great value for money.
The fact that previous guest wouldn’t take off the boots inside and stained the carpets. Very low pressure in the shower but is little price to pay. Nothing to fault really.

This place made us feel like home.
Very cosy, comfortable, simple, quiet and beautiful. The lodges have all you need for a great stay.
We had a wonderful week, with both terrible and terrific weather and we were so happy to be in a location that was thoughtful for any kind of conditions.
The staff was very discreet yet diligent.

Location was out of this world - the most beautiful valley and easy to walk to the nearby beach. Great for dog walking, the games room was a bonus when it got rainy. Comfy beds, heaters that worked quickly and it was brilliant to get takeaway meal from Haverfordwest delivered to the cabin door one night!
There were a number of lights that didn't work (didn't have bulbs or just didn't seem to work - kitchen unit lights, bathroom light above the toilet) and when it rained the area by the main window got wet on the floor. The kitchen cupboards were peeling and the bathroom sealant around the bath could do to be refreshed. All in all, whilst the cabin was cosy and we had a nice break, there are simple things that could be done to tidy it up a little.

The site is very quiet, well situated. Great for a dog trip. Accommodation is suitably clean. Lodges are comfortable. Little games rooms kept us entertained during poor weather. Hassle free check in and out.
The lodges could do with a little refreshing. We had a cracked mirror on a small cabinet in the bathroom which we dared not move incase it smashed. Also the decking was a little precarious, thought I noticed they were renewing some on other lodges so perhaps planned.

Idyllic setting, so peaceful and relaxing. Cosy and comfortable accommodation. Short walk through the forest to Broadhaven beach. Had a wonderful long weekend and would definitely return.
Only negative i can think of would be dated kitchen facilities - unfortunately took an age to cook for 11 of us.

It was quiet and peaceful
Very Honesty opinion on cabin 14 .
Absolutely no power in the shower (sprinkle)
Wi-Fi hit and miss
Wall heater not working in lounge
Chair but No table outside for drinks etc
Cramped main bedroom
£10 for towels , will be charging for pillows next !!.
Very nice place in good location with nice woodland surrounding but cabins could do with a lot more care.

Location is great.
Safe clean and secure site
Hosts were exceptional
Would I return . . . Probably
Expensive but comparable to similar in the area so cant really complain. You are simply paying a premium for location.
Lodges are now a little dated

Kitchen very small.

Amazing location, and a beautiful lodge! A few bits could do with updating but it was spotless and everything we needed with some very lovely touches. We stayed with a 3 year old and a 4 month old and it was perfect for a little family holiday. Our eldest especially liked the play equipment and stream, we loved how close it was to a gorgeous beach!
The bathroom and kitchen could do with updated, but they both worked perfectly well and were very clean.

The lodges are set in a beautiful valley near the coast. There are a lot of them, but they’re far enough apart that you feel like you have privacy. They’re slightly old and rickety, but that’s part of the charm. And they have everything you need inside for a good stay.
In a heat wave (like we had) the lodges do get very hot. Maybe a fan provided would help this.

Great location - and tucked away in lush green grounds. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the games room very much.
There were a few issues - but they didn’t detract from the lovely stay we had. The lodge was poorly insulated (you could see the outside through the wooden slats) so we came back to a really hot lodge after a day out and there was no saving any chocolate we left out of the fridge! But at night we had to put heaters on - really cold. Then the plumbing was poor. It was tricky washing up properly with just a trickle of hot water, and the shower wasn’t good. The shower attachment was broken so was stuck at the bottom of the pole - you had to stoop to get wet. There was water pouring out of the electric shower unit while it was switched on. Just another thought - A place for 6 people really should have a separate toilet. Then, finally, the cooking equipment was inadequate. It was difficult to cook for 5 people (the lodge was big enough for 6), with no baking sheet or similar - just one grill pan. Outside the lodge - you couldn’t really see much of a view. We were quite high up and could see a bit of Broadhaven but lodges elsewhere wouldn’t have much of a view - although it was a lovely site, as I’ve said.

The view was beautiful from the property and the location was very peaceful and quiet. The cabins had everything you needed for self catering and even had a few books and puzzles (if we'd had the time!). There was also a lovely walk on part of the coastal path down to Broad Haven from the cabins which takes about 20 minutes and we'd recommend the Castle Inn in Little Haven for some food!
Unfortunately we travelled in one of the recent heatwaves, and the cabins can get very hot! Thankfully overnight and with all the windows open they do cool down, but just something to be prepared for (perhaps worth bringing some fans if you know weather will be warm!).

Lovely set of timber lodges nestled into the side of a hill. Private and quiet. Easy walk into Broad Haven and acces to coastal path. Lovely hosts. Easy access and lots of space / activities on site. Highly recommended.
Not much to be honest. Be aware that it is a timber lodge so sound insulation is quite low, but v warm and comfy even if weather is bad.

Peaceful countryside location with fabulous views. Large lodge that was beautifully presented and very well equipped.
Water pressure in the shower is not great, but perhaps to be expected given location. Late check in (15:30) and early check out (10:00) limited our ability to enjoy the property during a one night stay.

Great lodge to stay in with a group, handy to have soap a d dish soap and tea towels provided. Lovely balcony and picnic table option
Taps were a little wonky and would have been nice to have a curtain over glass feature above window as it let light in when the sun came up

Location is great and very convenient.
Holiday should be more relaxed, would have preferred dishwasher and washing machine inside the property.

Lovely area and grounds. Lodge was lovely has everything you would need.
The bathroom needs a little upgrade. Everything else was lovely.
