La ubicación es lo mejor, a dos minutos caminando de gran vía, la estancia super cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario y esta limpio. Para repetir sin duda.

Great location and you can just walk straight in like it's your own home, without dealing with any people. Everything is automatic. Amazing! Feels like home!
Please add a bigger sign. Even the building manager downstairs doesn't know about you. It's hard to confirm you've got the right address. The rooms are small.

Location is very good, near Gran Via and attractions. Also, bed is comfortable and room overall cleanness is good.
No complimentary dental kits and slippers. Also, no front desk or housekeeping is available. The deposit is too much, 150 euros.
