Super emplacement, proche des pistes et des commerces. Appartement idéal pour 8 personnes.

Zeer praktisch apparemment. De vorige gasten hadden de vaat vuil in de kasten gezet. Het was niet opgemerkt door de poetsploeg. Maar de receptie heeft ons gecompenseerd. Ze waren zeer behulpzaam. Ook de koffiezet die stuk was, werd meteen vervangen door een nieuwe. De kamers waren ruim. De eettafel was groot genoeg. Leuke living. Goede skiberging. Fantastische ligging. Wasmachine op de 2e badkamer was top. Mooi uitzicht. Wij hebben eigenlijk geen verbeterpunten, behalve dat een gebouw vlakbij was afgebrand tijdens ons verblijf. De kinderen waren een beetje in paniek van al het hout en ze zagen enkel een rookmelder in de gang. Het zou misschien een mogelijkheid zijn om 1 extra in de keuken te hangen. We komen zeker terug.

The apartment was lovely and the location amazing

I sent three emails before I left and tried calling numerous times to find out how I could collect the keys and received no response, when I arrived there was no one to meet me and no one answered the phone number I was given. It was only because another guest could direct me to the office about 10 minutes away that I managed to get a key. If it hadn't been for this other guest my family would have been stuck in the snow with no accommodation. We arrived on Saturday as per our schedule but I only received the email with instructions on how to access the office on Monday morning. In addition to this the bookcase was not secured to the wall and fell on top of my 8 year old son, nearly crushing him, only for the fact that my husband was in the next room and could quickly grab it off him, we would have had a dreadful accident. The agency did come first thing next morning and secure the bookcase.
