All was really comfortable, clean, cozy, we get access to the room easily, personal was very kind

All was perfect for us. We traveled to Naples for the first time with my family (5 persons), we liked all.

I received a clean room

The building is old from the outside and the outside street is noisy 24 hours

First of all, Alessandro was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to access our room. The room was spacious, comfortable. We stayed for seven nights, and it exceeded our expectations for such a long stay. The minibar was stocked with chilled still and sparkling water, which was a huge plus in the Naples heat. You can also use it to store your own food and drinks. The coffee machines in both the room and the common area made our mornings even better, and having access to a microwave was a great way to save some money on meals. The room was air-conditioned and had a smart TV with internet access, perfect for cozy movie nights. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with fresh towels and basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo. The two main metro stations are only about 10–11 minutes away on foot, making it easy to get around the city. There is also a Deco supermarket just a few minutes away. For breakfast, don't miss Pasticceria Cafiero, which is only a 3-minute walk away. It is an absolute must-visit! Starita pizzeria and the National Archaeological Museum are also very close, and even the historic center is within walking distance. While you're there, make sure to explore the Sanità district—it's a hidden gem with its fascinating catacombs and historic cemeteries. Yes, Naples is a noisy city, and it always will be. That is simply part of the city's character and not the apartment's fault. Compared to the historic center, the area was much quieter at night. Please don't blame the owners, as there is very little they can do about the city's noise. Overall, it was much quieter than we expected, and the blackout shades made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Overall, thank you for everything!

There was some excess dust under the bed, and just as a recommendation, it would be nice to have a few chairs and a small table.

I booked because in the pictures there was a balcony and fridge and our room had neither. Did get a fridge half way through our stay
