We liked the location, about 200m from station exit/entrance. It's clean, comfortable and it has free luggage storage after check out or before check in which is very useful. Nearby has a lot of restaurants and shops. Not too busy area. Tokyo South is just a few stations away to Kawasaki, which is another shopping area for thrifting and major chains like Muji, Uniqlo etc. minus the hussle of Tokyo city centre or crowded Harajuku or Shibuya and the likes.
If you are exploring Tokyo South (Omori, Kawasaki, Yokohama, Odaiba etc) then it is a reasonably priced location to stay.

Close to Haneda and the nearest train station is around the corner. Check-in process was easy with an English speaking staff. Room size is spacious, we were able to have 2 big luggages and 2 carryons all open.
Nothing I didn't lile beside being a bit of a travel to the city center and the tourist attractions.
