The description and pictures were accurate! We were a party of four two adults, two children. The condo was very cleaned, spacious with updated decor! A beachy cozy condo. The kitchen came with full amenities along with utensils, dinning ware, cookware, toaster, blender and coffee maker, & cleaning supplies. It was just as if you were at your own home. We just bought our food, and spices. We appreciated the added touches that were provided; beach towels, bath towels toiletry items & the snacks. We loved waking up to the beach view! We can't wait to book this again VERY SOON & next year. We are going to make this our annual family vacation. They only thing I suggest is having luggage racks and clothes drying racks.

The check out time could be later time such as 11 am like hotels.

Location was great! We could see the ocean from our 2nd floor balcony. The condo was clean and well organized. Thoughtfully decorated. Because of the electronic entry lock, we didn't have to keep track of keys and that was great.

The bed was not very comfortable. The sliding screen door was very difficult to close because it kept getting stuck in the rails. The sliding glass door was also hard to close, but we were able to close it. The TV setup came with no instructions, so we had to get help in setting it up (one box looked like it was on, when it wasn't). Also, the dishwasher was controlled by a wall switch, which wasn't labeled. So, you'd try to turn on the dishwasher, but it wouldn't turn on. I finally figured out which switch went with it. Minor inconveniences, but still.

The location was perfect! Just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The unit was very clean and had nicely upgraded features. Great covered patio facing the beach. The property was well kept and had great security.

The couch pull out bed wasn't very comfortable. Could use a thicker upgraded mattress.

Great property steps away from the beach! Perfect for our little family of three! I am thankful that a good amount of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) were all provided! Fully equipped kitchen! And we could get around most of the town by golf cart. Plus, there is nothing better than drinking your morning cup of coffee with a sunrise overlooking the water.
