LOVED everything about this cozy little place! My husband and I brought our two kids down and it was perfect. Everything was so accessible from the pools to the barbecue to the beach. We walked a block away rented the golf cart and strolled around. The property is beautiful so green and so well taken care of. My son loved the basketball court! I could go on and on about how cozy this condo specifically was. Everything was there I needed it felt like home! Will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the beach access was so simple with younger kids! Overall an exceptional stay and one we would highly recommend!
The only slight downside was the amount of seating at the little bar-height table. There were only 2 chairs, so we had to take turns eating or stand at the table/sit on our cooler—definitely not a major inconvenience!

I love that this property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach! I love how cozy it is as well!
I didn’t like how they wanted me to pay them a penny or else I might’ve had problems with check-in because of a mishap on their end. On my end the receipt said I was charged x.51 cents but when I was speaking to a representative on the phone she was adamant about me paying a penny bc on their end it was x.52 cents. I asked if they’d be willing to wave the penny since it was just one cent & she said she’d speak to the person above her. Thankfully Monique from Avantstay reached out to let me know that it was a pricing error on their end so I didn’t have to worry about the one cent. So I really appreciated that!!
