The location of the place and the responsiveness of the host are outstanding.
The biggest issues are:
1- The apt is always freezing because the AC is on high and there are no blankets to stay warm.
2- Flies, flies and flies everywhere! I stayed there twice and both times the apt was filled with flies.

It is a spacious and comfortable space. Well-kept and clean. Host very responsive and helpful.
Maybe it was because it is summer but I saw a few gnats and small flies in the kitchen area.
The other issue was the noise at night from the neighbors on the side of the bedroom. Not sure the host can do much about the latter though.
