Cleanliness, peaceful and safe. Somehow, easy route and 30-45 mins walking distance to the stadium. 😊
No parking and room is small but comfortable. It is exactly as advertised.

The bathroom was small, but clean and the water in the sink, took a while to drain. The place was listed as being Smoke Free, but smelled like marijuana inside. The fan in Room 1 needs to be cleaned. It was quiet in the house. I would not stay again, because of the size of the bathroom.

The location is great and very clean. The owner is very responsive in communications. Amenities were available. This is a great value for money.
However the room was very small and no much light. There was some noise in the middle of the night. The first night the room was suffocated with heavy smell of tobacco. The neighborhood seem a bit deserted.
