Konumu çok iyiydi. Kapalı araç park yeri olması büyük bir avantajlı. Ev sahibi özellikle araç park etmesi konusunda çok yardımcı oldu çok ilgiliydi.
İlk atış yaptığımızda çöplerin atılmamış olduğunu gördük. Bu bizde dairenin temizliği konusunda şüphe ve tedirginlik yarattı. Dairede çay kahve gibi ikramlar yoktu olması daha iyi olur.

Bir evde ihtiyaç olabilecek hemen herşey vardı Konum yürüyerek merkeze yakın sayılırdı 15 dk civarı.
Otopark çok zordu. Ev genel olarak temiz sayılırdı fakat yastık kılıflarının temizliğinden emin olamadım. Kokusu daha önce biri uyumuş gibiydi. Yedek örtü yoktu. Kendimiz çözüm üretmek zorunda kaldık. Koltuk temiz değildi oturmak istemedik.

Parkování v garáži byla pro mě priorita. Zaparkování byla velká výzva, ale ve dvou jsme to zvládli. Bylo to ale na centimetry. Poloha bytu vynikající, Rychle jsme se zorientovali a všude se dostali pěšky. Velmi klidná lokalita a cítili jsme se dost bezpečně.
Byt potřebuje drobné opravy a lepší úklid.

Parking ima ako nije zauzet od strane drugog vozila,stan je za dvoje jer spavanje na ugaonoj garnituri je jako neudobno...
