The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations for our family of four. Many Tahoe properties are dated. This was updated and cozy for our winter stay. Loved the hot tub.
Minor inconvenience was the upstairs bathroom curtain rod kept falling down. Major annoyance was the continual stream of marketing notices from AvantStay offering unwanted additional services. Because of their volume, the check-in instructions were lost in the mix so we had to call customer service on day of check-in.
