As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We absolutely loved this home and our stay! I really wanted to give this 5 stars but have three small issues with our stay.1- The cleaners were still there at check in and we were waiting outside for them to finish, not the end of the world, but after an 8 hour drive, we wanted relaxation.2- We had not garbage bags to replenish the one in the garbage can. Again, not a big deal, we used the bathroom and bedroom cans until Advantstay delivered more the next morning (thanks!)3- There were several mice scurrying around the downstairs level and definitely can pose a health hazard.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This was my first time to west lake in 15 years. The house was perfect. Clean, conveniently located, easy to access and well maintained. Can’t recommend it enough!
