Great location, beautiful apartment with everything needed and more!

Квартира очень стильная , все сделано со вкусом и с душой. Кухня хорошо оснащена , есть посудомоечные и стиральная машина , большое количество посуды , духовка, плита. Нет микроволновки . Кофе машина и соковыжималка тоже имеется . Горячая вода , сильный напор в душе. Довольно чисто и опрятно. Хорошее расположение , близко к пляжу и Медине. Но магазины только местные в пешей доступности , до большого супермаркета нужно ехать на машине минут 5. Парковка рядом с подъездом . Квартира на 3 этаже ( почти 4) , лифта нет. Но имейте ввиду , что эта квартира не рассчитана на холодное время года !!! Мы были с детьми и я очень переживала, что они заболеют . Изо рта в прямом смысле слова шел пар (((

Мы были в марте , квартира не отапливается ! Один небольшой обогреватель в спальне. Пол ледяной . Для холодного времени года эта квартира не подходит . !!! Второй момент -это сломанный фиксатор окна в спальне , в которой высокая кровать на уровне окна . Можно легко выпасть в окно , такой вариант категорически не подходит тому, у кого дети !

Positives: the decor, is funky the flat is spacious for two peole Has everything you need in the kitchen. Hot water is always reliable. We like the location a lot. It’s outside the Medina close to the.beach and a small parade shops and off-licences if that’s your thing. First impressions of the area it might seem a bit run down but it's morocco and the local people were very friendly. The walk into town beside the sea to the Medina is very nice. If you eat locally, we would recommend smile café and if you like Italian gusto is a good upmarket choice. The owners are very responsive if you need anything and the “housekeeper “ Meriyem is lovely. Bad weather meant we arrived late and she stayed in the flat waiting for us until after midnight.

On the downside: We wouldn’t recommend to others to come to this flat in the winter. There’s no heating and the apartment is very cold at night. We think the owners should supply heaters if they have any guests visiting in the winter months. We spoke to other tourists paying similar rates or less who were supplied with heaters in their rooms. Warning - the apartment is up three flights of fairly steep stairs so not really convenient if you struggle with heavy luggage or have to take a buggy up and down. Some of fixtures could do with attention- i.e. shower - no shower holder which is surprising given the owners have already had feedback about this.
