Sitio amplio, cómodo, sin ruidos, cocina dentro del apartamento con todo lo necesario, el baño bien, el sitio tranquilo, supermercado cerca y transporte por autobús en la puerta prácticamente
Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento, pero muy poca cosa algo de pintura en algún sitio pero poco mas

It was okay.... let's just leave it there.
The apartment needs some TLC. There are walls with big stains from water leakage. Tiles in the bathroom are coming loose. The shower is more of a drizzle. The floor is pretty scruffy (also water damge i think) I can go on, but I think you get the picture.
