It was on the line to the excel centre for comicon. Nice and bright. Comfortable furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.
The area felt a little dangerous at night but that isn't the host's fault. There was a rather large security deposit which seemed excessive compared to other accommodations. All extras are charged for like extra towels etc.

Spacious Apartment. Plenty of space to relax and well equipped for short or long stays. Clean and tidy.
Exactly what I needed for a trip with work.
Having to register any guests was a bit of a fath. And could be a headache if you wanted friends to pop in But team were really good at getting things sorted.
