Cucharas Playa terrace sea views

Location is really great - just few steps to the beach and the plaza with all restaurants. Great balcony view and pleasant morning sun Spacious rooms

There is a small water boiler - after one shower there is no warm water Bathroom would need a little update Kitchen would need more supplies Bedroom is close to main stairs and you can hear people passing

Location was superb

I felt a new mattress, pillows , sheets , pillow cases were needed . Everything was very clean but worn out and old.

The location was fantastic, what an incredible view from the balcony and plenty of shops, restaurants etc right on the door step. Instructions for check-in were great, and the hosts were really responsive when we contacted them to request extra bedding (the living room sofa bed only had one blanket and it got quite cold at night in December).

The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance while we were there so we weren't able to use it which was a shame as this had been one of the reasons we picked this place. Also it's worth noting that the balcony doesn't get any sun in December, fantastic views but not especially warm. The bathroom had a strange smell so we had to leave the window open a lot of the time to air it out and the sheets provided for the sofa bed weren't the cleanest.
