Great family vacation

The place is stunning: a luxurious room and bathroom with large yacuzzi carved into the stone. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. A beautiful cat "adopted" us and spent most of the time we were there in the room with us the last couple of days.

Rather too hot at night (and no way to control heating other than opening the main door). A bit tricky to reach/ leave from by car the first night and morning when roads were icy (it had been snowing) - but we managed just fine.

Nice and beautiful and helpful staff.

The property confirmed our transport from airport and there was no one there,nobody bother to receive our phone calls as well,after couple of hours they received our call and arranged transportation with extra payment.

Perfect hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice of drinks and food and plentiful. Location was a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We made good use of the jacuzzi

Wonderful choice for families and friends’ trips to the Cappadocia

Brand-new hotel, in a still preserved part of Cappadocia, not heavily touristic. Very big rooms (we stayed an extra night in another room) so both family rooms (4 people) and room with 3 beds are perfectly (and with great aste) equipped. The staff is wonderful: kind, helpful and proactive. To start from the B/fast women, preparing always great food (B/fast is a highlight!), to continue with the very gentle night guard, and the joyful Hossain, fact totum always ready to solve any problem, provide suggestions and alternatives, strategically buffering every requests and always with kindness and politeness

The only suggestion we would have is to procure a different forniture for the garden. It is a very refreshing part of the property, a more heavy mobiliere would be welcome there.

Location & aesthetic of the hotel was excellent. Facilities were nice & breakfast was gorgeous

We went in August & it was a bit hot there, although the hotel has been built in a cave, it was warm inside the room & we needed fans. I think an air conditioner would be more helpful in summers.

Your money's worth

We loved the design of the rooms, the Turkish bath style bathrooms and roof was very nice. Breakfast was legendary, the ladies who prepared the breakfast really reflected the village style Turkish breakfast culture, for me a good hotel is not a good hotel if the breakfast is not impressive, I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our requests.

Rooms are having air circulation issues, especially on hot days it's impossible to sleep without ventilator running on our heads. first room we were shown had too high humidity that was not healthy at all, staff was also trying to cover the bad odor with room perfumes but that's not a healthy way to handle this, a dehumidifier if not an air conditioning, must be present in lower rooms to protect the building and the guests. I will only book again if they fix this problem for good.

Atmospheric and cosy hotel in peaceful location

The hotel is built into the rock, our cave-style room was very atmospheric, with excellent shower and bath/jacuzzi, and toiletries provided. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! The chef (Arda, I think?) was lovely. The food was always fresh and varied. Quiet location. Lots of families staying, but we never heard them. Very peaceful hotel. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, to suit all tastes are nearby, just a 10 minute walk into the town.

Las habitaciones cuevas son muy chulas, es una experiencia muy chula, y está muy bien aclimatado.

Está un poco lejos de lo que es el centro del pueblo, pero el taxi te cuesta muy poco y andando tardas 10 minutos.

Fantastico! Personale gentile e premuroso. Presenza front office h24, ottima la posizione, tranquillo e comodo al centro (5 min). Camere belle, spaziose e ben pulite. Un capitolo particolare va alla splendida ed abbondante colazione tipica turca accompagnata dalla cortesia e simpatia di Pinar, Hatice e le ragazze della cucina

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit super Personal!

Das Personal war super und hat sich sehr um unsere Belange gekümmert. Hier ein großes Dankeschön an Hatice, Perihan und Gül! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte alles was man braucht. Wir hatten zu Beginn Probleme mit einem feuchten Zimmer, haben dann aber die beste Suit mit einem eigenen Pool erhalten. Das war großartig und sehr Zuvorkommend vom Gastgeber!

Die Lage. Wir waren nicht zentral genug und mussten um Essen zu gehen oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen das Auto nehmen.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Özellikle kahvaltı ve oda temizliği çok iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlü ve çok anlayışlıydı. Harika bir tatildi çok teşekkürler.

Odalar mağara oda oldugu için biraz nemli gibiydi ama bu çok normal bir sorun.

El hotel es hermoso; la experiencia de la piscina interna algo icónico y romántico, y la atención del personal & del muchacho en recepción fue muy gratificante. Muy serviciales. Recomendamos bastante el hotel, para quien desea quedarse 1-2 noches en Capadocia.

Lo único sería de pronto que no había opción de almuerzo o cena.

Kapadokyaya tekrar gelsem yine tercih edebileceğim bir yer.

Odamız inanılmaz büyük ve konforluydu. Gereken bütün malzemeler odada mevcuttu (havlu, sabun, şampuan, terlik, diş fırçası vs) Havuzu doldurmak için personeller çok yardımcı oldu. Otelin konumu gitmek istediğimiz her yere maksimum 15 dk idi. Personeller çok güler yüzlüydü. Hiç bir talebimizi kırmadan yerine getirdiler.

La nostra camera da letto (al piano terra della struttura) era incredibilmente umida, non abbiamo capito se anche a causa di una perdita in bagno.
