Loved this place

This is honestly the nicest place I have ever stayed in my life. The service was 10/10 and they arranged for all my tours. Id definitely recommend. I stayed in the queen suite.

The gent and kitchen staff short lady was great.

My room was spacious and user friendly as I was using a crutch.

The lady receptionist!!! I almost felt like, she couldn’t wait for me to leave. She was complaining about helping me with my suitcase downstairs and dragged it on the stairs. What a let down! Imagine if jt had torn on my way to check out.

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing

I have only kind words to say about Pegas Cave Suites. From the beginning, staff members Selenay, Mehmet, and Selim were all so gracious to us and helped assist us with every aspect of our stay in Cappadocia. The room was beautiful, the property gorgeous and full of cats, and somehow so QUIET just a hundred meters away from the hustle and bustle of the inner town. The perfect place for us. The view from the top of the property was so beautiful. Staff members went above and beyond for us, in my opinion. The first stress-free vacation I’ve ever taken. Thank you so much! Service staff were very sweet and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I would recommend Pegas Cave Suites to anyone!! Teşekkürler!

Wonderful stay, great rooms, and location fantastic.

The rooms were great, personal attention from hosts/owners and staff was terrific, and location in Urgup is far superior to the scene in Goreme, just a bit off the beaten track but still easily accessible to everything., Breakfasts provided also terrific.

Excellent!

Very beautiful and comfortable room

All good overall. I just wish the breakfast could have more variety. It doesn’t cost much to put some real oranges with an orange presser available. Much nicer to have fresh orange juice for breakfast instead of boxed juice that is over sweet and tastes artificial.

Good option for the price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good. The location was near the center of Urgup. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The room was nice and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for this price. The room is not actually a cave, but we were not looking for the cave anyways. Seems like every hotel in Cappadocia called a cave hotel.

Lights in a room is a liitle bit dark. Tables and chairs on the terrace is dusty. There is another hotel under construction nearby, but not very noisy.

Breakfast is poor. But most importantly, because of the name I thought that the hotel is in the real cave. In fact, the only thing related to a cave is that some of the rooms were built using the stones from the cave. Nevertheless, the price/quality ratio is good!

Amazing host, and room but pricey for not being a five star.

our Host Timur was exceptional. we really appreciated the care and thoughtfulness he took in finding us tours and ensuring our stay was perfect.

i do wish the property had more amenities for a five star. the room was exceptional but not much else outside. I would have wanted to see a more traditional Turkish breakfast.

Everything was very good: room, breakfast, service, small garden with the tables and fountain. The boss of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. All staff is very professional. The boss booked Red tour for us: the price and the quality was very good! Breakfasts were excellent! Thank you very much! We liked the hotel a lot. We will come again.

The Cave Suite was absolutely stunning and so spacious. Timur and the other staff were just so lovely and welcoming and made us feel so at home right from the minute we walked in the door. Breakfast was beautiful and location was excellent. If we didn’t live so far away we would come back often !

PEGAS, a hotel in Urgup, with LOVE

Our host, Mr Timurhan and his staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in their respective roles. They went all the way to make our stay there very comfortable. Mr. Timurhan arranged almost everything for us from our arrival at Nevsehir airport to Pegas Cave Suites, bookings of hot air balloon and day tours. When the transport for the tours arrived, the staff called us. We just have to wait in our room. He personally checked us into our room and even drove us to the trekking site. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent and prepared in house by the staff. The room was clean, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. There were chairs and tables at the courtyard outside the rooms for us to relax, enjoy the cool air and view the sunrise. The hotel is situated in Urgup, a much quieter and cleaner location as compared to Goreme. Location was perfect as the hotel is a walking distance to the town center with many eateries and public transportation. Mr. Timurhan gave us a surprise bonus when he upgraded us to a bigger room with a private spa on our last day and night there! Thank you Mr Timurhan. We enjoyed it very much. If we do return to Cappadocia, Pegas Cave Suites will be our first choice.

Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Cappodocia!

Timur our host is the nicest hotelier I have ever met during my travels. He puts his heart into his hotel and it’s guests. We got recommendations where to go, what to see and I couldn’t think anything that wasn’t just perfect at Pegas Cave Suites. the room was very nice and extremely clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was also very nice and had a big variety of food to eat.

Simply Breathtaking! 10/10

Would 100% recommend Pegas Cave Suite hotel. If you're heading to Cappadocia, there's nowhere better. Location is perfect to access the various activities in the region within 10-15 mins. Open air museum, Horse Riding, ATV, Spa experience etc. What's even better is that the amazing manager at Pegas will support you with organising and booking these activities, including pick up and drop off. He knows everything about the region and will give top recommendations for whatever you need, including top restaurants which are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with massive and comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom with a spacious bathtub and shower. Air conditioning is perfect as well, in case you go during the summer. Wifi router in each room ensures that you will always be connected to super fast internet. Breakfast is great, with the chef coming in every morning to prepare typical Turkish food for breakfast, as well as making eggs/omelettes in whichever way you like. A wide selection of fruit, bread and jams are also on offer with tea/coffee offered as well. Overall, this is world class hospitality. Super glad to have stayed at Pegas Cave Suite hotel and cannot wait to come back one day!
