Very convenient location next to Epernay station within comfortable walking distance of the town and champagne houses. Off road parking at the rear. Nice, modern decor in loft style apartment on top floor of large house. Well appointed. Mobile air con unit in bedroom was a god send in the heatwave.
On the top floor so four flights of stairs to climb which is no easy task in 35 degrees. Very hot as top floor and air con unit in bedroom needs the window open to vent and is also very noisy when operating.

Lovely furnished apartment with a great location. The instructions to access were easy to follow and the parking space was great to have.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral.
Die Unterkunft ist abgewohnt. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr dreckig. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer müsste erneuert werden. Im Appartement war ein unangenehmer Geruch.
