La casa è ben attrezzata, soprattutto per cucinare. Il giardino, ad uso esclusivo, è ampio e perfetto per mangiare all'aperto, stendere e anche parcheggiare l'auto visto che nella via non c'è posto. È dotato di un barbecue utilizzabile per grigliate. L'aria condizionata è molto utile nelle camere per le notti calde estive. La casa dista 10 minuti da Marsala e 20 minuti da Mazara del Vallo.
