Lovely communal space with beautiful views of the sea and Cornish countryside. Brilliant location with quick access into St Mawes (6 mins by car) and great value for money. Quiet street and ample parking on the close.

It could have been cleaner. There was dust on the surfaces, crumbs on the dining table, some of the plates were dirty, a few hairs in the main bed and some ants in the main bedroom. Also there were tea towels from previous guests (I assume) left in the washing machine. Little touches make a difference also, like washing up liquid and perhaps some milk in the fridge would have been appreciated.

The view from the living room is amazing, a short walk to the harbour and church. Lovely place to stay and explore Cornwall. The house is finished to high standards with a great host. It was clean, tidy, and lots of kitchen accessories for short or long stays. Lots of games to get guests entertained. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with great water pressure and everything in good working order. We enjoyed our long weekend stay here and our first time visiting Cornwall was hugely positive. We highly recommend this place and are keen to visit their other properties in the future.

Beautifully clean and well equipped property. Very comfortable and quiet with great views from upstairs.

I thought there was a back garden but there isn't,.... The property has a small front lawn though.
