Had a very pleasant stay, would definitely come back again!
Everything from booking, to check in/ arrival and checkout was straightforward and stress free. Great value for money. I stayed with my 3 children who had never been in a caravan before, and they absolutely loved it. Very clean, presentable and cozy (Love that fireplace feature!) Owners were pleasant and helpful too when I had enquiries.
Only small thing was the hot water from the shower wasn’t consistent.

Frustrating.
It was quite clean, however, there was rubbish left in the bin upon arrival.
It's quite spacious, with lots of shelves (particularly the main bedroom) and most necessary things.
The fireplace feature was really nice (once we managed to get it going — which required the help of maintenance staff and a change of batteries).
Lots of windows and light coming through (although black-out curtains in bedrooms are missing in order to not be waken up in the morning).
Unfortunately, we didn't receive the nice welcome or warmth described by other guests. The place was not ready plus had some necessary things missing and a confusing, worrying note from a gas engineer who'd come to check a leak.
We wasted quite a few hours of our day trying to get it all sorted. Special thanks to the cleaner, who was super lovely and helpful, and went out of her way to rectify everything. Can't say the same for the owners, who'd not even pick up the phone (they eventually messaged).
To top it all up, we found out the next day that the toilet paper (which was meant to be provided) was limited to just the one roll on each bathroom. We were 2 women for 4 days and one of those rolls was cheapo stuff that lasted 2 seconds. So for the sake of a pound or two, they made us have to go out in a quest for loo roll — thanks
Wardrobe in twin room was used as storage and jam-packed with duvets and pillows so impossible to use.
There're no views (unlike other homes on the site), just other mobile homes, but you can see some green here and there.
I wish they had stainless steel pans and pots instead of horrible scratched Teflon.
Finally, nowhere in the listing says you have to bring your own linen and towels. I pointed this out when I received a message asking me to bring my own but they totally ignored me and, to this day, they've not amended their listing.
For all those reasons, I feel this stay only deserves a low score. Shame really, 'cause small touches and a little courtesy could have gone a long way!
UPDATE: Since the owners seem not prepared to learn from developmental feedback, have accused me of dishonesty, and even tried to delete my review, I've now lowered the score + included pics of rubbish found and lack of info on bedding.
The free swim was FROM cleaner NOT THE OWNERS, as she kindly tried to make up for so many issues. Who's being dishonest now?!

Caravan great - haven facility's not so good.
Caravan was perfect for our family, clean, comfortable and a good location
The park facilities were run down, toilets in arcade and restaurant out of order and only disabled one open that was filthy. Food on site was not good and would not recommend the fish and chip shop or the restaurant next to the arcade.

Rockly park
Was a lovely clean caravan , had everything you need like home from home .location was excellent. Good communication from the hosts. The views from durdle door were amazing. We went to the new forest, Weymouth, Bournemouth, it's beautiful down there .

A great and very comfortable chalet in an absolutely brilliant location on a wonderful holiday site.
The location of the chalet is fantastic, just a short walk from the key public areas. The interior is very nice and well maintained with lots of extra seating should you have people over for a drink. There were a couple of issues during our stay, but Rosie & Dan say that they will rectify these.

Self sufficient place, access to everything you need in the caravan. Clean, comfortable, spacious, warm. Good value for money. I would recommend it to friends. Owners helpful.
