Piccolo Incanto apartment

Appartement bien placé, propre et surtout des hôtes disponibles et chaleureux 👌🏼

The property was fabulous. The entire apartment is newly renovated and Francesco and Sofia have fitted it out superbly. The beds were very comfortable and although the room was a little small for us to unpack our suitcases, they have very cleverly placed a bed which opens to reveal under mattress storage and this meant that we had perfect access both of our suitcases during the entire stay. The bathroom is quite spacious as is the shower even for my 6”4’ husband, and the water pressure was excellent. The apartment has shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Francesco and Sophia who made us feel very welcome, they also gave us a brief overview of Palermo which we found very helpful. They made it very clear that everything in the apartment was for our use, which included a big bottle of water and a bottle of local white wine that they had pre-cooled and were already in the fridge for us. On our second night, my daughter wanted to drink a black tea and after a quick phone call Sophia bought over a selection of teas for her to choose from. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble for them - my youngest stained the bedcover when I advised them they offered to change the bedding. Breakfast was included at the bar around the corner, both sweet and salty options.

Piccolo Incanto was without a doubt an incanto of a stay! The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly, he also brought us breakfast on Sunday and he is very nice! The house is impeccable, air con working in perfect condition, the room would cool down in seconds. All very clean and nice breakfast too. I can't praise enough the host! Parking available on the street, can be a bit of a hit and miss.
