Location was excellent! Easy walk to Lincoln Park, Lincoln Park Zoo, downtown. Host provided photos of how to find the door/entry... would not have found it otherwise. Plenty of space for our family. Found parking close and easily through spothero.com but it was closer to $45 for two days (still a good deal for Chicago, but not the $10 mentioned).
Could have used some towels in the kitchen. One of the couches in the living room was lumpy and uncomfortable, could only sit on half. Noise from the street (people, cars revving & honking, horns, police, etc) was very loud Friday night (Thursday evening was ok!).

The comfortable apartment is conveniently located in Old Town, with coffee shops, restaurants, comedy clubs, a grocery and transportation right outside your door.
The floors were dirty (not messy, but walking barefoot or in socks, you’d get dirty feet). Shower water pressure in hallway bathroom was insufficient, but there are 2 additional showers in the primary suite that had good water pressure.

There was nothing major that I disliked during my stay. Overall, everything met my expectations well.

Location!
Kitchen sink was inoperable on the first day therefore making it impossible to use the kitchen.
