Altstadtnahes Domblickapartment

Es war allein schon ein tolles Erlebnis, in diesem ganz besonderen Apartment und in diesem bezaubernden Stadtteil zu wohnen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Danke auch für den wichtigen Luxusventilator. ☺️

Für mich persönlich waren die vielen Treppen zum Apartment etwas anstrengend. Aber das gehört dann auch dazu. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können.

Anselm, der Vermieter dieses Apartments, war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar (1 mal) und hat auch sonst perfekt und sehr freundlich kommuniziert. Das Apartment liegt unglaublich ruhig und gleichzeitig nur 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, sehr idyllisch.

Das Apartment liegt unter dem Dach und bei 1,80 Körpergröße muss man an manchen Stellen bereits den Kopf ein wenig einziehen. Ansonsten aber ein Super-Apartment, welches ich nur empfehlen kann.

Optimale Lage Innenstadt alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Stellplatz vorhanden in dieser Lage eine aussergewöhliche Sache. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

10/10. From start to finish, our experience at this apartment was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled on a Danube (Donau) River island and only steps from the "Altstadt", the location is perfect — a tranquil oasis with the heart of Regensburg just a short walk away Every detail of the apartment was impeccably curated. It was immaculately clean, and perfectly equipped — from kitchen to bedding — truly making us feel at home. Furniture, art and decoration were impressive. And private parking was the cherry on top, especially so close to the Old Town. Communication with the host was outstanding — prompt, warm, and helpful, setting a new standard for what great hospitality feels like. Honestly, it was truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We haven't used the electric bikes (lack of time) that can be rented with the apartment for a super friendly rate, but I know the brand and I can tell other travelers: These bikes are 'state of the art' and will lift your city-stay to the best possible level if you find the time to use them. To future travelers: this apartment is a rare find—serene yet central, fully appointed, and hosted with genuine care. If it’s available next time we’re in Regensburg, we’ll book it without hesitation (if ever again available for my after this hymn 😉).

This is no complaint, only fact to know: The apartment is in the 3rd floor with a couple of stairs to climb into apartment-heaven. And there are sloping ceilings under the roof, but that's easy to see in the pictures... no hidden secret.
