The hotel is safe, clean and quiet. That’s the most important thing. However, there were no towels in the bathroom so I called for some. They never came that night. When I went out to breakfast, I asked the front desk. They said they would put them in my room. Get back 2 hours later, no towels. I saw a housekeeper and asked her. She went into another room and got me towels. Guess I know why I didn’t have towels and good luck getting towels to the people staying in that room!

Good room, but no window. Not even a window to the hallway like I had last time. The window makes it feel bigger somehow.

We stay at this hotel for a nice weekend to rest. First they only provided one key to the room cause they where short on keys and one key has to be in the room all the time in order to the lights, tv, a/c to work. So whenever i tried to rest i have to get up and open the door for my boyfriend. Room next to us has kids that where so noisy all day and night. Cleaning crew starts early and you can hear their radio and their music all the way to the rooms making it hard to sleep past 8 am. I dont recommend this place if you are trying to relax. Elevator is only one and always busy.

The bed must have been used too much for adult activities because the frame squeaks and creaks with every movement. When I checked into the room, no soap or towels was in there. No conditioner, only a bar of soap and shampoo that dries you and your scalp really badly. They only allow one key card... So you aren't able to keep your room air conditioned while you go out. Night time is filled with lots of sounds or boom boom. Echos into the night. One slow elevator for everyone. Can't complain too much because there's not very many clean options in TJ.
