Central Chicago Suite2 Access to Patio

Really spacious and clean apartment. Incredibly reasonable pricing and what you get is great. 10 min walk to a metro stop to get you into the city centre.

ripped us for an extra fee to enter early, when the unit had already been cleaned earlier. Foam Mattress beds arent the greatest but ok.

The apartment was very clean, and big with all needed equipment. This is great place for a family, very close to the subway and feel very safe

The kitchen oven switches are a bit broken, which could be a bit dangerous There is no option for late checkout, but only storage option till 2pm for 40$ which is a lot!

Good location along the blue line. Spacious with the living area and table in the kitchen area.

1) pretty sure there was mold on the vent in the hallway and along the curtains in the bathroom 2) couch in the photos do not match the couch during our stay. The couch was ratty and felt like it was from an old college dorm room. The ottoman is not the same either. 3) the parking. So the only street you can park on is Willard but half of has street sweeping on Tuesday from 9AM-2PM, so you can’t park on that side. So everyone moves to the other side but there’s not enough room so you’re forced to pay for parking in another area. Then on Wednesday the other side of the street is swept so you have to deal with it again. So the listing should not say it’s free parking when sometimes there’s not enough spots on the street, forcing you to park elsewhere and pay. 4) the AC unit is LOUD. like so very loud you have to turn up the tv volume and read the subtitles 5) the filter to dispense water in the refrigerator needed to be replaced. Would beep after using to display the “change filter” reminder 6) upstairs neighbors are loud and there were people outside the unit in the back after 11PM. * there are strict guidelines for this unit to not make noise after 11PM and if there is a noise complaint you are removed from the property. There have been problems in the past so security is immediately called and you are forced to leave the premise (according to the check in instructions) * but because these people lived there we couldn’t call a noise complaint even though the same would be done if it were us. My friend had to sleep on the couch because the back bedroom is close to the patio and she couldn’t sleep. 7) the towels they give are the thinnest towels I’ve ever used. 8) There is an AC unit above the shower so it blows while you are showering right above the shower head, which makes for an off showering experience when cool air is being blown directly on you.
