Para llegar al apartamento hay que subir unas interminables escaleras, si vas con maletas no recomendable El agua caliente de la ducha se corta mientras te ducha y sale frii y con muy poca fuerza El enchufe antimosquitos no tenía carga y a pesar de echarnos repelente nos picaron Si abres la ventana el fin de semana hay muchísimo ruido.

The location is exceptional, half a block from Piazza Santa Croce, 10-15 min walk to every major museum or to the river. There is a nice restaurant right in front of the apartment building, an affogato place around the corner with a huge line the whole day (apparently, it was heavily promoted on TikTok), and plenty of places to eat within a few blocks, also lots of stores. There are overall about seventy stair steps to get to the apartment, not unusual for Florence, and not a problem for us, but it's something to keep in mind. The apartment is reasonably spacious, the bathroom in particular has enough space. The bed is large with a firm and very comfortable mattress, much better than expected. There are two AC units, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room, both are quiet and efficient. There area may get lively in the evening, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open. However, the closed windows completely block the street noise, and the wooden sunshades can block all the light which makes the bedroom at night completely dark and very quiet. With the windows closed, you would need AC though, so make sure to ask the hosts for the remote controls for the AC units.

The kitchen is small, but we didn't use it at all, so it was not a problem

The location was perfect inside was clean except the sofa was so old . But the employe can be more helpful we asked her to wait for us until we bring our car near the property to put the bags in she didn’t let us however it doesn’t take that much but she refused we took our luggages by walk to where our car was parked.

There were too many stairs . So scary and dark . So for family with kids i think it’s not comfortable.
