Bardzo pięknie odnowione mieszkanie nowa kuchnia w kamienicy na parterze . Podróżuję z mężem i 4 dzieci i było wszystko co potrzebowałam. Duży plus za pralko suszarkę co ułatwiło nam przygotowanie się do kolejnego etapu naszej podróży po Grecji . Bezpieczna okolica. Niedaleko Lidl co nam ułatwiło zakupy bo w Grecji sklepy trzeba szukać jest ich bardzo mało, co było dla nas bardzo nietypowe. Każdy z 3 pokoi miał swoją prywatną łazienkę z prysznicem plus 1 toaleta oddzielnie .

The apartment was spacious and was furnished creatively. 2 bedrooms were big and one of them a bit smaller. Still, it was nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom and another, extra small bathroom as well that came in handy as the bathroom in one of the bedrooms didn’t work properly. The neighbourhood felt safe at all times, it’s a locals area. There are a few supermarkets real close and a great coffee place 3 min away (Madame Coffee House). When I reported the issues we found with the apartment, Customer Service immediately answered and wanted to send someone over the next day. But the mold issue, it’s not just a spray and go, looks like the mold might extend beyond what was visible and didn’t want to breathe toxic stuff either. But Yasemine was great to speak with.

The apartment still had the issues the other reviewers reported and they are pretty major: 1. Visiblr and significant mold in the 2nd bedroom (the one on the left) and that bedroom in particular had a damp smell if the AC was off. 2. An awful smell was coming from all bathrooms, from the pipes, every day, especially at night. Just an awful experience to stay with that smell. 3. One of the bathrooms, the one with the moldy bedroom, the toilet didn’t have pressure to flush so we had to use the small additional bathroom of the apartment. If the AC is not on (which if they are not set between 20-22 degrees, they don’t work that well), the apartment gets with a damp smell. The bathrooms are tiny, as you can see in the pics but the showers are pretty wide. There is mold in the corners which could be easily solved with bleach but wasn’t great to see that. The location is so and so. It’s on the ground floor, and if you want to open the windows, at least for 2 bedrooms, everyone can see inside. I chose this neighbourhood on purpose, since we stayed in Pangrati before (which we loved) and wanted to try something else but we didn’t like it. The street the ap. is on is quite dirty. The windows’ screens had holes or were broken in corners, some were broken or hard to pull down, and I couldn’t risk opening the windows at night due to mosquitoes. The other bedroom and living room would open to a patio that could have potential to be great but it’s neglected and trash falls from the above apartments.
