Accueil du Personnel-tres à l'écoute. - excellente réactivité- propreté irréprochable- cadeau de bienvenue ( produits régionaux) - appartement lumineux- vue exceptionnelle- standing agréable- centre ville- toutes commodités proches- équipements ou rien ne manque - électroménager de dernière génération. Je recommande cet appartement et surtout les gestionnaires " Personnel de Cocoonr agence de la Trinité-sur-Mer. " bravo..
Petit bémol pour l'amélioration de cet appartement malgré toutes ses qualités : peut-être des rideaux ou autre aux fenêtres donnant sur le port pour l'intimité du soir. et une petite lampe d'ambiance dans la partie salon de la pièce de vie....

Sehr schönes modernes Appartement in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt am Hafen, funktionelle Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler. Sehr sauber und ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Garage etwas entfernt, aber im Preis enthalten.
2 Kleinigkeiten: Die nach Osten gelegenen Fenster kann man nicht verdunkeln, da wird man früh geweckt 🐓 und im Bad ist das Fenster nicht erreichbar.
