A very relaxing holiday. A short stroll to some very nice restaurants. Would stay again.

The apartment is fantastic and the views over the port are amazing. Free parking on the street is available nearby. the apartment block has a lift which is very much appreciated with heavy bags. We will book again if in this part of France.

Finding the apartment was difficult as I assumed "Balcons" would be easy to find. This is not the address, use the adress Booking.com provide. A blind for the 2nd bedroom would be nice.

Great location, roomy, well laid out apartment and close to everything. Great view of marina from balcony.

Apartment and equipment quite dirty, needing a complete deep clean. Shower curtain needs replacing urgently and shower tiles and tray dirty. Kitchen and eating equipment worn and not clean especially both coffee machines(still had old coffee grime in them). Lounge settee cushions heavily stained.

De living, ligging en het uitzicht. Compleetheid van de keuken. De bakker om de hoek. Entree was prima, vriendelijke buren.

De aankomst was rommelig. Bel beneden om toegang tot het complex te krijgen deed het niet. En we hadden de verkeerde code vh sleutelkastje ontvangen. Gelukkig wel iemand telefonisch beschikbaar. Badkamer is wel heel petit.

Bakker net naast de deur, heel mooi appartement en prima keuken. Winkels en restaurants in de onmiddellijke buurt.

Inkomdeur, inkomhal: verouderd en niet proper buiten aan de deur (onkruid, zag er niet aangenaam uit langs de buitenkant. Binnenin wel heel mooi, proper en redelijk nieuw.

Appartement confortable, très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied ensuite.

Son emplacement à côté du Restaurant la Marée douce et sur le port. Vue géniale. Équipements de qualité . Il est rare de trouver autant de vaisselle pour la location d’un appartement. Il manquait juste un saladier plus grand. Les deux chambres, même si elles sont un peu petites, sont très fonctionnelles. L’appartement est franchement chaleureux et confortable. J’y retournerai sans visiter. Toutefois, il me semble qu’il est tôt pour quatre personnes. Il y a certes le canapé-lit.

Attention aux messages de la conciergerie : le code d’entrée ne nous a pas été donné. Il y aurait eu un dysfonctionnement lors de l’envoi du message.. Il a quand même fallu attendre 10 minutes pour que quelqu’un nous réponde enfin pour nous donner le code d’accès. de même la conciergerie ne m’a jamais répondu lorsque je leur ai demandé où se situait le parking. Soyons bien clairs : il n’y a pas de parking. Chacun doit se débrouiller comme il peut. Ce qui n’est pas toujours simple en plein été. Par ailleurs, aucune information ne nous a été donnée sur le code wi-fi (pas bien grave) mais plus gênant sur l’emplacement des poubelles collectives. Nous avons donc été les jeter dans un container situé sur le port à cinq minutes à pied. Je pense que c’est le genre d’informations qui doit nous être communiqué avant. À part ces détails, tout était parfait.

Court séjour très agréable avec vue directe sur le port de plaisance.

Kit accueil (liquide vaisselle, pastille LV, ....). Pratique pour les courts séjours. La vue et l'agencement.

Odeur dans les communs. Hotte HS, oreillers inconfortable. Lumiere : beaucoup de points d'allumage pour parvenir à voir clair le soir. Nous n'avons ete informe avant notre arrivee des travaux dans le port juste en face avec bruit des 7h...

A fuir tant que les travaux du port et de la future boulangerie à côté ne sont pas terminés

Séjour catastrophique en raison de travaux majeurs dans le port( qui était à 50 mètres et ce qui devait être un atout s’est transformé en enfer)réveillés par les foreuses et autres engins de chantiers malgré fenêtres fermées avec même des prolongations jusqu’à 23 h 15 un soir ( photos et vidéos à l’appui) impossible de profiter de la véranda, stress à l’idée de rentrer dans l’appartement et obligés de fuir le plus possible . Avons quitté le logement une nuitée plus tôt pour aller à l’hôtel !le propriétaire était au courant selon la mairie et la capitainerie du port que j’ai contactés! Il ne fallait tout simplement pas louer dans ces conditions . De plus un seul couteau a huîtres hors d’usage et une pince à crustacés de piètre qualité et casseroles trop petites pour faire cuire crustacés. Sinon l’appartement aurait pu être bien…,

A fuir ! Nuisances sonores/chantier portuaire face à l'appart jusqu'à juin 2026

À fuir !!! Le havre de paix présenté sur les photos est en fait un véritable chantier portuaire. Juste sous le balcon. Vue exceptionnelle sur les travaux (grues, gyrophares, marteaux piqueurs, camions, ...) Outre la vue, ces travaux génèrent du bruit : un boucan d'enfer qui n'a pas cessé nuit et jour. Notre séjour a eu lieu du 11 au 13 février et les nuisances sonores ont été présentes à chaque instant. Ces travaux ne nous ont pas été indiqués au moment de la réservation par le propriétaire. Ces travaux étant indiqués sur la voie publique, le propriétaire en avait donc connaissance et ils auraient du être mentionnés. Les photos d'un endroit paisible vue sur le port sont donc trompeuses et mensongères. Si nous avions su, cela aurait évidemment impacté notre choix. Comme le propriétaire n'en fait pas mention dans son annonce, nous allons le faire pour lui et vous prévenir. En effet, on pourrait juste se dire que ce n'est pas de bol pour nous pour ces deux nuits ... Mais afin de vous éviter notre mauvaise expérience et pour info, les travaux vont durer 22 mois. De septembre 2024 à juin 2026. C'est loin d'être fini ! Alors, avant toute réservation de cet appartement, renseignez-vous auprès de la mairie et mieux encore, passer votre chemin. Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire, qui a fait la sourde oreille malgré les vidéos attestant du bruit subi. Il nous a assuré que "ce n'était pas de son ressort et qu'il n'était pas responsable des travaux de la Trinité". Ok, pourtant, cette information est primordiale pour toute personne recherchant un logement. Il est noté dans l'annonce " Parfait pour une famille à la recherche d'un endroit calme et relaxant ". La blague !!! Propriétaires arrogants et ne prenant aucunement en considération le bien être et la satisfaction de ses clients. Nous souhaitons souligner malgré tout l'efficacité de la conciergerie. Nous aimerions être recontactés par Booking.

La vue, la photo Sur le port présupposé que l’on est vraiment sur le port et il y a une Cheminée et La hotte de ventilation qui gâche un peu l’endroit Il manquait quelques rouleaux de papier toilette et des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle. Rideau de douche un peu léger , risque d’inondation 😉

Apartment mit schöner Lage, aber mit Schwächen

Die Lage und die Aussicht des Apartments auf den Hafen von Trinité sur Mer ist sehr gut. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.

Leider wurde die Pflege des Apartments etwas oberflächlich durchgeführt. Kühlschrank und Backofen brauchen mehr Aufmerksamkeit. An einem Sideboard war eine Tür abgebrochen und stand provisorisch davor. Der Schlafbereich und die Badezimmer waren wegen der Dachschrägen sehr beengt. War das im Schlafbereich noch gerade akzeptabel, so waren die Badezimmer viel zu eng. Die Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen, was wir angesichts des Mietpreises etwas befremdlich fanden. Ein fehlendes Handtuchset wurde nach einer anfänglich sehr unangenehmen schriftlichen Konversation einen Tag später nachgeliefert.

TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT - L emplacement au calme à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants - La vue magnifique où l on peut admirer le lever du soleil - L appartement est décoré avec gout, tres fonctionnel avec plein de rangements, tres bien équipé (tv dans les chambres et sejour...) : la cuisine semble etre neuf, beaucoup d ustensiles, des produits de 1ere nécessité (produits lave vaisselle, capsules lave linge...) - La luminosité - Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à quelques minutes a pied - La flexibilité sur les horaires de check in et check out

Il manque un store dans une des chambres Et une note explicative sur l utilisation de la hotte car nous n avons pas reussi à la mettre en route
