La décoration, la villa magnifique , l’emplacement 10min à pied du centre ville, le calme du quartier, la proximité des commerces.
Le vis à vis avec l’immeuble à côté qui peut être gênant à la belle saison. Mais très calme.

房屋很新，设备齐全，非常干净，装修风格是我喜欢的。
花园蚊子有点多，无法坐在花园休息。没有百叶窗或者窗帘，早上很早会被阳光照醒。

The house is greatly renovated and clean
The listing shows a place with a pool and the property description shows a pool exists. What is not described is that there are two places at Villa Marie et Martin one side with a pool and one without.
When booking you can choose which one you want, but if the pool side is already booked you only see one option which does not specifically mention that there is no pool. So we were very surprised to not have a pool after seeing pictures and checking the property description.
