We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful experience. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The price is very good for villa in this area. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight, especially with the slide. The BBQ area, pool table, and karaoke kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with Jomtien Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

The pool was big and the house was clean . The staff were polite and able to answer all of our questions. Location is just few minutes walk to the beach and the price is very good for value.
Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to a group of budget travelers. Totally worth it.

Great villa lovely big and exceptional pool and slide! Very very clean pool. Nice and private too. Lovely vibe, would defo stay there again.
Needed sun loungers or chairs, but loved everything else! Still 10/10 by far, just get those chairs!
