"Location in old town. It is possible to park on street outside though very tight, but there is a large, free car park nearby. There is WiFi available. Enjoyed the treats: muffins and beer, thanks!"

Todo. La decoración y el espacio diáfano. La cocina muy bien equipada. La cama y el sofá muy cómodos. La ubicación es excelente.

La casa è uguale in tutto e per tutto alle foto e descrizione pubblicate. A due passi dal mare e nel centro di Santa Cruz è comodissima per girare a piedi. Ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze. La consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri.
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo direi solo che la casa è un po' calda ma è disponibile un ventilatore. Per me che soffro il caldo è stato essenziale

Sehr gute und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung . Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen in der Stadt .
Die Bezeichnung als Ferienhaus ist vollkommen irreführend.. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung im Parterre. Es gibt auch kein separates Schlafzimmer, sondern der große Wohnraum ist durch ein Regal abgetrennt. Die Wohnung ist relativ dunkel. Es gibt ein separates Schrankzimmer, dass allerdings kaum benutzt werden kann, weil es nach Keller riecht. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel, so dass man sich als Paar immer abstimmen muss. Zeitweise ist es sehr laut, wenn Passanten sich unterhalten oder ein Auto vorbeifährt.
