L'alloggio è in una porzione di una palazzina storica a ridosso dell'area pedonale (150 m.). Grande per 3 persone molto pulito e ben organizzato per self catering e/o consumazione di pasti da asporto. Letti comodi e bagno ordinato e rinnovato. Utili i due piccoli soggiorni a completamento dell'abitazione. Inizialmente l'accesso con l'auto risulta complesso per un errore di Google Maps ma su indicazione del proprietario si semplifica tutto e nel raggio di 100-400 metri si parcheggia.

El estilo cuidado de la casa y su ubicación. La existencia de abundante ajuar de recambio y de productos de higiene, cocina y limpieza. Disponibilidad de terraza y solarium discreto.
Quizá la falta de ventilación directa de las 2 habitaciones principales, pero compensada por su amplio volumen.
