L'appartamento è molto bello e soprattutto pulito. Al secondo piano di una palazzina silenziosa. Dotato di 2 terrazzi di cui uno con seggiole e tavolino. Ben fornito di cibo e bevande per la prima colazione, tutto confezionato ma di buona qualità. Parcheggio in strada di fronte alla casa.
Avremmo preferito essere accolti dalla proprietaria la quale pur sapendo del nostro orario di arrivo non si è fatta trovare in struttura. Ci sarebbe piaciuto conoscerla e chiederle di persona eventuali informazioni sulla casa e sulla città. Ci siamo sentiti un po' trascurati. Sono presenti condizionatori in tutte le camere ma ne funziona solo uno in corridoio che non basta a raffreddare a dovere tutta la casa. È stato aggiunto un ventilatore nella camera matrimoniale ma con il caldo di questa estate non è sufficiente.

Posizione eccellente per chi vuole vedere un po' di tutte le Marche. Juliet , la proprietaria, è super disponibile e molto cordiale. Stanza comoda e pulitissima. Colazione confezionata ma buona. Cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici.
