Close to the beach. Neighborhood was great and the people were friendly!

Parking was tight if you have 2 vehicles.

The location was great. Yard was nice for dogs. The bedrooms were large.

I blame all the faults of this property on the management team. Not the owners. The house was dirty. Floors were black. We had next to know supplies so we went to walmart to purchase a Swiffer to clean the floors. Had to do it twice as it was black. The kitchen rug had toes nail clippings on it. They supply no laundry soap or dishwasher soap yet they want you to start it when you leave. The previous tenant filled the recycling and garbage with a mix of both and we had to take it out to the curb on garbage day? No room for our garbage. We found a bag of water bottles that was empty and not taken to the recycling in the house. Which we had to put out as well. There was no information on where the pool was located. When they ask how you are doing and if you need anything they quickly tell you to call booking.com with your issues. Which you also do not get a response from. I loved the property location and house is great but it was dirty.
