This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an open floorplan to be able to spread out and relax. The large community pool is located directly behind this home. Every comfort has been immaculately taken care of for you to enjoy. Dining and shopping options are located within walking and golf-cart distance. There are many golf courses within a short drive.
NOTE AGE REQUIREMENT of 25+ for primary tenant.

Note: the backyard is not fenced on all 4 sides.
Guest access
Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! Guests do not have access to the garage. 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors.

SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.
TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
POOL DISCLAIMER
Please note, our pool is an HOA pool that is shared between 5 houses and is not heated or open over the winter.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 100% refundable security deposit hold in the amount of $500 is required. It is a credit card hold and it will be automatically released within 3 days from departure.

I truly can't say enough about my wonderful experience. The home:VERY Clean and upscaleNew and modernComfortable Beds and comfortable furniture for common areasThoughtful amenities available for guests (coffee etc)Location: A couple of blocks from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopsThe Host:Incredible! Very thoughtful. Daily electronic check-ins to make sure we were okay, even during the holiday.

This BEAUTIFUL beach home was amazing to stay at, clean and extremely well kept! My Family and I had plenty of room for everyone. The home is 2 blocks from the beach easy to walk to. The home does have a few beach chairs you can bring to the beach and beach toys for the kids to play with. The home also has a beautiful yard with a corn hole game we enjoyed playing and nice rockers and plenty of seating for the whole family. The home has a private community pool, we saw a few other visitors but for the most part it was clean quiet and relaxing having the pool all to ourselves while we visited. Our family will definitely be back to visit next summer. Also, Katie and her husband Sean the hosts were super easy to communicate with, and they provided a full overview of all the sights and attractions to check out this helped so much, and we were grateful they provided this info! Thank you!

This property was in the perfect location - close enough to walk to restaurants & the beach but also quiet and relaxing. Katie was great and checked on us throughout the entire stay; the communication was amazing. The house was clean and included all of the basic necessities, with extras for the entire stay. The pool was warm and clean, and within a short walk from the house. Our family will be returning for another vacation!
