Beliggenhet, utsikten, størrelse på leiligheten, planløsning. Nabolaget rolig. Moderne bygg. Enkelt innsjekking. Sentralt.
Avløpet var tett på det ene badet, og toalettet på det andre badet kunne ikke brukes. Vi var der med tre barn, så dette var svært viktig for oss. Det var sterk kloakk- og urinlukt i leiligheten.
Gulvet var vått ved innsjekk, og flere steder sto det vann på gulvet. Det var derfor ikke mulig å gå med sokker i leiligheten med en gang. Vi måtte tørke gulvet først.
Skoskapet i gangen var fullt av grus og møkk. Det virket ikke som dette var blitt kontrollert eller rengjort. Med tanke på vinteren og dårlige værforhold burde det rengjøres.
Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt. Det manglet glass og andre kjøkkenredskaper.

Apartment is in an excellent location and within walking distance to the centre of the town and all amenities.
The showerhead was broken in one of the bathrooms, but was fixed by the landlord on being informed.

The space was large and modern with closets in each of the bedrooms. Great views from the living room windows.
This is an end unit at the side closest to the busy street. The car and team traffic is noisy especially with the windows open. There is no smart lock on the unit only one physical key. When you're staying with 6 people trying to figure out who has and needs the key was a pain and required unnecessary logistics to get the key to the right person.
Also the unit doesn't have AC which is surprising because it's a newer building. The Booking description says AC is available at an additional cost but these must be portable units. We were lucky in that it wasn't too hot during our stay but with the noisy location needing to keep windows open to vent ac hoses would not have been ideal.
