Tesis konum olarak iyiydi. Odasıda genişti.
Resepsiyonda çalışan görevlilerin yaklaşımı hoş ve yardımsever değildi. Ayrıca casino çalışanları hem yetersiz hemde ilgisizlerdi. Casino da hijyen de sıfırdı.

استقبال الموظفة في اول ليلة كانت عصبيه وغير سلسلة بحيث نتكلم معها ولاتعير لنا اهميه وتعاملها معنا كان غير لائق خصوصاً معنا ولا تنظر لنا وحين تتكلم معها لاترد الى ان أتى موظف آخر وقام بعمله بينما اليوم الثاني كانت الموظفة في قمة الرقي
