Cozy apartment in a new building apartment 2

I liked how the appartment is set up, we had everything we needed. I liked insect nets on both balcony doors and also possibility to use washing machine. I also liked the location right next to the main street. The Moschato metro station is about 12 min. walk and the street is full of stores, restaurants and services. Right next to the appartment there is a cafe with good coffee and breakfast/snacks

Easy access at any time via key lockbox. Comfortable accommodation for two, in a quiet area with good transport links and close to many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is quite new and has all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. The little balcony is a bonus. The description/ photos on booking.com is quite accurate. It's very good value and I' certainly stay there again.

modern und schick eingerichtet, an liebevolle Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, wie z.B. Zahnputz-Set, kleiner Willkommenssnack, eine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Öl war vorhanden, ... schnelle Reaktionszeit des Vermieters, ruhige Lage, Supermarkt, Bäckereien und Cafés in näherer Umgebung

da wir 3 Schlafplätze gebraucht haben, haben wir leider beim ausklappen der Couch eine total verdreckte Liegefläche vorgefunden, wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie benutzt oder einfach vergessen sauber zu machen, ebenfalls war die Couch super staubig, die komplette Couch könnte mal einen Grundreinigung vertragen, der Lüfter im Bad wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben sehr stark nach Waschmittel/Weichspüler gerochen, der eine mag das vielleicht, wir fanden es sehr aufdringlich und dadurch unangenehm
