I had a great stay at Cozy Faliro home and would recommend this property for a home base in Athens.

The room was very comfortable and the host very friendly and helpful! It was a great place to recharge after exploring all day for me and my sister.

The location could have been more accessible but there was a grocery store close by and the nearest train/tram stops were walkable. I did not realize the washing machine doesn’t work (which is why it was not included on the list of amenities)

The owner was polite and good. The apartment was clean and tidy. The only disadvantage is the very slow wifi

Comfortable and spacious

Great facilities, even provided with a coffee machine, the place was comfortable and I highly recommend it.

There was a loud buzzing noise coming from behind the wall next to the bed at nighttime, it lasted around 30 minutes. Not sure if it was some type of system at function, but it woke me up at the middle of the night.

It was a pleasant stay , in a quite and clean room with no negatives

It is exactly how is presented on the pictures . Was clean , quiet , easy to find . Very close to coffee shops , restaurants , transportation.

Just a recommendation . It would be nice to add a toaster .

με μιά πρόταση, δέν πέρασα άσχημα, δέν πέρασα υπέροχα.

θετικό το ότι ήταν κοντά στο γήπεδο Καραϊσκάκη, που ήταν και ο λόγος που έκλεισα να να μείνω εκεί. το διαμέρισμα εσωτερικά ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό.

είναι ένα διαμέρισμα airbnb, σε μιάν πολύ παλιά πολυκατοικία. δέν είναι ούτε apartments ούτε ξενοδοχείο (αν περιμένει κάποιος κάτι απο αυτά, όπως τα είχα φανταστεί εγώ). δέν γράφει πουθενά cozy faliro (όταν έφτασα εκεί πηγαινοερχόμουν στην οδό και ρωτούσα πού είναι αυτό το cozy faliro, και κανείς δέν είχε ιδέα). σίγουρα δέν θα ξανακλείσω σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα, όχι πως είναι κακό, είναι καλό μέχρι άριστο εσωτερικά, το διαχειρίζεται μιά κοπέλα που υπάρχει άριστη επικοινωνία, αλλά είναι ένα διαμέρισμα σε μιά πολύ παλιά πολυκατοικία, που προσωπικά δέν είναι αυτό που αναζητώ. δυό φορές το χρόνο που πάω στην Αθήνα, δέν θα πειραματιστώ ξανά με οτιδήποτε άλλο εκτός απο συγκεκριμένα ξενοδοχεία που μου αρέσαν στο κέντρο, και ας πληρώσω €100 περισσότερα.

Čisté ubytování, pozorní a vstřícní majitelé

Vše bylo čisté, upravené, plně vybavené (včetně pračky, fénu, žehličky…), majitel byl natolik pozorný, že nás v lednici čekala vychlazená láhev s vodou, kapsle do kávovaru…., komunikace probíhala přes zprávy a to naprosto bezproblémově… Samotná lokace je takřka ideální, blízko metra, cca 20 minut do centra Atén, 250m park na ranní běhání a to hned u moře, nejbližší pláž na koupání cca 1,5 km, všude kolem běžní lidé, obchody i kavárny a restaurace, kam chodí místní….

Není nic, co by mě tak namíchlo, že bych se o tom musel vypisovat 😁

Πολύ βολικό και άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ καλό σημείο.

Το επιλέξαμε γιατί είναι δίπλα και έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο νοσοκομείο Metropolitan. Προσεκτικά ανακαινισμένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, παρέχει τα πάντα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Πολύ άνετος χώρος παρά το μικρό μέγεθος.

Το μπαλκόνι βλέπει σε χώρο πάρκινγκ και λόγω κατασκευής η οπτική είναι πολύ περιορισμένη. Προσωπικά δεν μας επηρέασε καθόλου, ίσως να μη κάνει για όσους θέλουν να περνούν την ώρα τους στο μπαλκόνι.
