1)Strategic location (nearby shop,restaurant,Putrajaya,Dengkil etc) 2)Nice condominium with lots of facilities (swimming pool,shop at 7th floor etc) 3)Worth the price,reasonable 4)Aircond functioning well 5)The view from the balcony was very nice 6)The owner provide a video on how to checkin after made a booking,where is the reserved parking lot,and how to access the elevator,front door.It was very helpful.

its not that I dont like but there is a room for improvement 👍 1) if you can maybe you could install Astro for extra entertainment 2)Provide some detergent also since you have a washing machine provided in your homestay.

The property had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay in terms of microwave, iron washing machine. The beds were good not too hard. Shampoo and body wash was enough for us 3. The owner was very efficient in communication and resolving any issues we had.

We were welcomed by some cockroaches on the day we arrived which my son had to get rid of. After travelling Malaysia for 2 months I wasn’t bitten by any mosquitoes until I got here in one night I wasn’t bitten all over for which I had to get medication for. The place could do with a good chemical clean. The toilet was blocked a few times had issues with flushing, the owner quickly sent over his people to fix. He was very accommodating. The guards downstairs weren’t very friendly not much customer skills which was very off putting. The sky garden was locked no access to it. Air con was a bit slow maybe needed two as the apartment is quite big. The fan had to be on all the time.
