Foarte bine amplasata, aproape de Catedrala evanghelica și muzeul Brukenthal. Dotată cu tot ce este necesar, curățenie, terasa disponibila, parcare cu plată imediat langa locatie.
Am avut apartamentul cu nr.3. acesta are doua dormitoare care nu sunt decomandate, unul dintre ele este mic iar accesul se face din dormitorul matrimonial. Apartamentul se pretează foarte bine pentru familiile cu copii, insa nu se pretează pentru două cupluri. Ar trebui totuși instalat un aer condiționat. Ferestrele nu au plase de tantari.
