The apartament is as luxorious as mentioned in description and photos . The owner is super helpful , The price is adequate for standard + 2 separate rooms + AC in every room (including kitchen ) + very comfy beds + very modern house - isolation , windows , bug nets , furniture etc. + most of the stuff was i guess almost brand new (VII 2026) + you can also set roller blinds outside
- missing a microwave , but i guess its not about the price but the place to put it - same goes for dishwasher

Jedná se o samostatně stojící dům vedle, kterého stojí dům bratra majitele. Domy jsou postaveny tak, ze každý ma své soukromí a s hosty vedlejšího domu se neruší. Parking přímo před domem. V lokalitě klid a ticho. Dům čistý a velmi dobře vybavený. Radi se někdy zase vrátíme. Nejbližší pláž cca 200 m. A další pláž do 5 minut autem. Nádherná písčitá Agathi.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Häuschen bietet, alles, was wir brauchten. Es ist super sauber! Die Nähe zum Meer war klasse. Der Ort ist super erreichbar, man ist aber gleichzeitig in ruhiger Lage. Die Familie hat uns super herzlich empfangen und stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite.

It's a comfortable, well planned, clean and bright house with a terrace and little garden. Very close to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants. Air conditioners in every room made our visit comfortable. Hosts are friendly, helpful and communicate well. As a family of 4, we enjoyed our stay very much.
A washing machine is shared between two houses, so if you plan to use it frequently, take into consideration, you'll need some alignment with the host or neighbours in the next house.
