Villa Sole Mare

Мы остались очень довольны. С зелёной зоны открывается прекрасный вид. Вода в море как слеза, оооочень красивая. Вход в воду хороший, есть камни, но их можно обойти. Это пляж в 10 шагах справа. Слева так же бухточка в 10 шагах, вода не такая красивая, но совсем нет волн, для тех кто любит спокойную воду. Мы не брали лежаки в аренду, после моря отдыхали в своём саду. Гриль зона отличная, есть всё необходимое. На кухне тоже есть всё. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате и работают отлично! В Пефки ходили пешком. Небольшие супермаркеты и слева и с права по основной дороге.

Могло бы быть лучше убрано. Хотелось бы больше двух лежаков в пользование. Обязательно надо на основной дорогу поставить указатель на виллу, мы нашли по фотографиям. Пока, советую ориентироваться на указатель пляжа Плакия. Если ехать со стороны Пефки, поворот на лево перед указателем на пляж и до конца тупиковой улицы.

What a wonderful villa! Open, spacious and airy, with a huge garden, and direct access to the beach. Our host was very accommodating and met us to give the keys, and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time as our flight home wasn't until the evening. Excellent kitchen facilities, and they also provided us with a cot for our 2 year old. Excellent air conditioning. Highly recommended, many thanks!

A few very minor points: firstly, it was not clear on booking.com that there is another villa above as part of the same building. This was not a problem at all, but just to bear in mind that the garden will be shared with any guests who are staying above. Secondly, the main bed in the front bedroom that backs onto the garden is uncomfortable, the mattress is very thin and you can feel all of the springs. Finally, this is not a problem with the property, just a warning - there are lots of mosquitos in the area, so be sure to keep windows and doors closed otherwise you'll get bitten at night!
