Ubicación inmejorable, piscina fantástica y edificio muy cuidado. Cada habitación tenía un baño. La Plaza de garaje un puntazo. Vistas desde la terraza geniales. Repetiría!
Faltaba aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones, y el del salón no funcionaba bien, pero creo que con unos ventiladores de techo seria más que suficiente. Se echa de menos un toldo en la terraza.

La ubicación, las zonas comunes y las camas.
Cocina minúscula, con falta de mucho menaje y de una renovación integral. Salón demasiado pequeño, sofá de solo dos plazas cuando el apartamento se alquila para cinco personas.
