We had a room right by the pool, it was beautiful. The pool was deserted so we had it all to ourselves. Swimming under the LA sky at sunset was sublime.

There was a hair in the shower, and the bar closes at 10pm most nights.

1. The mini-fridge in the room was set too cold and blew up an expensive coke from your fridge in the lobby and it soaked the carpet in the walking path in front of it. When I opened the mini-fridge there was coke all inside and there were a couple long hairs mixed in with part of the coke that had collected at the bottom. I was solo and did not have hair that long. The rest of the room seemed legit. I simply turned the fridge down to where it kept things cold and it did not explode my coke the next night. 2. I got a burger from your restaurant downstairs and it was not very good for the price. 3. When I got a hot pocket late one night after the concert, I got to the microwave in your restaurant and there are no paper plates, plastic utensils or even a paper towel or napkin to heat it up and had to ask the night desk person to get me something to cook it on. Once cooked, the microwave shows “Loc” and it does not open. Your night security guard (who I love loved and had many fun conversations with him and the night desk person) had to come over and show me that in the middle of all the buttons on the pad, there is a magical one that actually lets you open it again. You really should have a dedicated microwave for the refrigerator food, that doesn’t have the “Loc” feature. Plus, when your night clerk has to go into the kitchen to get something to cook and eat with, you are leaving the whole lobby kinda vulnerable if the night security is out walking his rounds outside. 4. Please purchase 1 or 2 small personal fans for customers to use when asked for. Myself and the night desk person and night security person had a rather comical discussion about “fan people”. Fan people do exist!! (Lol) There are quite a few people who almost require a fan near the face to sleep. It’s just a thing. It’s sooo much easier to fall asleep with the sound of the fan and for others it’s just the breeze that helps.

1. Exploding mini-fridge (see above) 2. Nothing to cook or eat with when buying food from your fridge in lobby that needed to be microwave. The sense of stupidness I felt when trying to open the microbe because of that pesky “Loc” feature. 3. The really odd tasting, over cooked cheeseburger from your restaurant (did not look or taste like the one in the picture in your elevator). It was mainly a meat issue. It tasted pretty bland and weird and I’m not really picky about any cheeseburger lol.

Clean and well taken care of

First I was charged 18.00 for parking ! No where did I see that before booking , and we were charge for food . Also I assumed all Holiday Inns had free breakfast .

Location.. the hotel was spotless clean..

Stayed for 3 nights but we were not given fresh towels and no one even pulled out our trash in the room… i needed to call reception in late evenings twice to asks for trash bags and fresh towels for us…

Location was great! Close to a lot of food and by freeway.

Weak shower pressure. Soft bed. Strange parking layout.

Hotel is as expected.

$22.00 parking fee taken out of $200.00 security deposit. $20.00 breakfast is a bit much for coffee and bread.

Location was great for what we needed. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

Clean room, air conditioning is cool

It was very clean & easy accessible. Also liked the that the parking was secure

Nothing All good

Clean and well looked after. Good location and nice food around. Lacked in amenities: no spa or sauna. Room could have used a kettle or another way of making boiled water. Kitchenette was bare: no plenty of draws but nothing in them(cutlery, crockery etc.) Room smelt like Asian food and we could not get rid of it. Would have been great if the breakfast had a healthy option (muesli, granola, smoothie etc). Staff were really helpful and kind.

No limpiaron la habitación un día y fue muy incómodo . Regresamos a la medianoche y todo sucio

Cuenta con lavandería para los huéspedes aunque es únicamente pago con tarjeta; el personal del lobby al momento del check in fue muy amable, muy agradable y nos resolvió nuestro inconveniente de forma muy inmediata muy rápido y muy diligente

Nuestra estadía fue de 6 noches, de las cuales 2 de ellas no limpiaron nuestra habitación hasta que lo solicitamos, siempre que viajó la habitación del hotel está hecha al regresar de paseo nunca había tenido que solicitar el servicio.
